Payment Terms
Workshop and assessment engagements require a 50% deposit upon contract confirmation to reserve calendar dates and initiate pre-session codebase reconnaissance. The remaining 50% balance is invoiced upon delivery of the final Architectural Decision Record package and executive roadmap.
