Established in 2019 as Reasonprismhub Technical Advisory Ltd, our practice was founded by seasoned systems architects in New Taipei City who observed a recurring dilemma in growing software teams: as engineering organizations expand beyond initial product-market fit, technical debates become personal and tribal knowledge replaces intentional architecture.
Rather than selling pre-packaged software licenses or delivering voluminous reports that sit unread, Reasonprismhub was built around interactive, practitioner-led strategy sessions. 1. All Architecture is Trade-Offs
There are no perfect systems—only choices with distinct operational consequences. We evaluate distributed architectures, event messaging, and database schemas by explicitly documenting what gets sacrificed in exchange for each benefit.

We advocate for progressive modernization patterns like the Strangler Fig, branch-by-abstraction, and domain schema isolation. Full ground-up rewrites carry immense operational risk and stall product delivery.
3. Codebase Consensus Must Be Codified
Discussions without documented agreements inevitably repeat themselves. Every workshop we facilitate ends with concrete, team-signed Architectural Decision Records that provide clear guardrails for current and future engineers.
